Virtual Keypad Setup (X1)

Prior to adding the group to a user, ensure that they are an app user on both the X1 site and XR panel.

  1. Navigate to Virtual Keypad and create a Group for the alarm panel.

  1. Add a name to the group.

  1. Under Options, enable the Swipe Twice to Arm and/or Disarm on Access toggles.

Enable the Options Toggles

  1. In Areas, click Add.

Add an Area

  1. Click the check box next to the Area Name you want the group to have access to. Click Apply.

  1. Click Save.
